“My business partner and I were introduced to Catalyst Partners in January 2023, and in particular Andy Cumming(Andy). Prior to that we whilst approaching 60 had discussed between us how to exit our company when we decided to retire, however we didn’t want to retire until our mid 60’s.
We let it be known to a select few that we were considering this, which lead to a couple of meetings with prospective partners/buyers. This left us with a raft of questions and decisions to be made.
